# Refund Policy

At Outset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

## Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

## How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@outsetk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

## Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@outsetk.com and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

## Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
